Certified Facilitator of
The Leadership Challenge

We need leaders now more than ever – people who mobilize others to want to struggle for shared aspirations and get extraordinary things done.

The Leadership Challenge Workshop presented by Lutheran Services in Iowa is an intensive, interactive, nationally recognized workshop that examines The Five Practices exemplary leaders use to transform:
• values into actions
• visions into realities
• obstacles into opportunities
• risks into rewards

Backed by research collected over 25 years and data from more than three million leaders, this workshop is an evidence-based leadership development program based on the award-winning book The Leadership Challenge by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner and presented by one of the authors’ certified facilitators.
