Staff
At Beloit, our staff-to-child ratio is 1 to 5 during waking hours. Our residential treatment staff includes highly trained professionals. Our licensed staff consists of master’s level therapists and licensed social workers.

Our trained staff of youth program specialists and assistants has a strong human services background and complete regular trainings on topics such as ethics, risk management, universal precautions, trauma-sensitive care, de-escalation, CPR, first aid, medication management, mandatory reporter training and other issues. Upon hire, all direct care staff receive 120 hours of training.

Our children and teens also have access to a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, 24-hour nursing staff, on-campus teachers and tutors.
