STAFF
At Bremwood, our staff-to-child ratio is 1 to 5. Our residential treatment staff includes highly trained professionals. Our licensed staff consists of master’s level therapists and licensed social workers. Our trained staff of youth program specialists and assistants who complete regular trainings on topics such as ethics, risk management, universal precautions, trauma-sensitive care, de-escalation, CPR, first aid, medication management, mandatory reporter training and other issues. Our children and teens also have access to a nursing staff and on-campus teachers, pastors and tutors.
