Angie Chaplin, director of LSI's
Center for Learning & Leading, is a certified behavior
analyst with more than 12 years of experience in human
resource development and communications. Angie conducts
dynamic workshops and retreats nationwide, many of which

Compliance) model. Angie‚s outcome-based approach
