No matter our age, health, or
income, we all want to live active and healthy lives, usually
in the independence and comfort of our own homes. Lutheran
Services in Iowa’s Home Health Care and Mobility Solutions
program provides affordable services that offer a helping
hand to individuals wanting quality health care and the
freedom of mobility in their homes.
By partnering with families, physicians and parish nurse
programs, LSI connects clients with skilled nurses, therapists,
home health aides, homemakers, social workers and even pediatric
home health care specialists.
LSI’s home health care services are currently available
in twelve counties in the Des Moines, Ames and Waterloo
regions. Services range in everything from assisting with
medication, therapy and blood work to helping with bathing
and personal care to even doing light housework like meals
or laundry.
